Digital Video Production Crew Day Rates:

Videotaped Depositions, $150.00

for the first hour and 85 .00 per hour for each additional hour.

1.50 Per Page Transcript


Packages include, One Sony Digital Camera,Tripod, Monitor, 4 microphones, and light kit.

One person crew: $720
Two person crew: $1,240
Two person crew Plus Producer: $2,200


If additional crew needed - standard industry hourly rates apply
If additional equipment needed - Industry rental rates, +15% time and material charges added.

One Day = 8 hours, Portal to Portal

Half Day = 65% of normal day rate, 5 hours, portal to portal (minimum half day billing for all video shoots)

Non linear Editing to Digital Tape: $95.00

Graphic Creative Design: $150.00

Script writing............$100/hr

 

One Day Rate for David P Griffin,

PRODUCER / DP of Photography, consists of a ten (10) hour day.

Half days are figured on 60% of the full day rate.

TRAVEL DAY consists of 60% normal day rate A travel day is defined as leaving in the evening for an assignment on the following day. Or travel in the morning with NO CLIENT CONTACT or work upon arrival.

Per Diem..........................................................................................$ 45.00 per day,

For meals and necessities, this includes travel days. Or ALL receipts may be turned in at the end of each project for 100% reimbursement, plus a 25% sir charge. Which ever is preferred by the client.

Hotel Accommodations, will be made for the crew members to always have a private room, when possible.

Vehicle Rental............................................................................$ 35.00 per day

Plus thrity-two (32) cents per mile. With the first 100 miles free in the Austin and San Antonio, area.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ARE AS FOLLOWS:

* Cash (10% discount for CASH)

* First Time Clients 100% Payment up front

* Crew Overtime based on a 10 hour day, at time and half after ten hours

* Vehicle rate $ 35.00 per day with first 100 miles free then 32 cents per mile

Client's graphics, tapes or other materials received and processed are stored by GriffinComm solely at client's risk. GriffinComm shall not be held liable or responsible for damage, loss, destruction of graphics, tapes or any property, for delay, for acts or omissions by our personnel, or for equipment failure for any reason. Client is responsible for insurance of masters, dub masters or camera originals, equipment, or other materials at or left with us.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Griffincomm.com harmless from any liability or damages for copyright infringement arising from the use or duplication of material supplied by client and client agrees to pay all legal fees.

Rates are based on the working hours of 8:AM to 5:PM Monday through Friday.

Editing rates are calculated in quarter hour increments, with a 1/2-hour minimum charge. Field and studio production rates are based portal to portal. Travel days, related expenses, meals, and tape stock are additional. Additional charges will apply to rush orders.

Advance payment (or agreed upon payment schedule per signed contract) is required.

Payment terms are net 30 days.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all accounts not fully paid after 30 days.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Production Terms and Conditions:

Rates are based on 8 hour days, portal to portal. Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate for the first two hours and double time after 10 hours.

Half day rates are billed at 65% of the full day rate for projects less than 4 hours. Half day shoots that run over 4 hours will be billed at full day rate.

Items billed separately include: tape stock, meals, parking, mileage (outside greater Austin Tx area), props, and extra equipment.

Client cancellation notice is required 24 hours in advance.

Notice given later than 24 hours will be billed at 1/2 of the time scheduled.

Advance payment is required.

Payment terms are net 30 days only with approved credit.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all accounts after 30 days.
